1. Try to create a FOLDER anywhere on the computer
named "CON". Just try it..
2. For those of you using Windows, do the following:
1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.

1)con is actually a special device on windows, so a name conflict prevents you from having a file/folder with the same name. imagine making a folder called c: or \windows.

2)Notepad thinks your file is unicode when you reopen it, that's why it's all funky. It's fixed in vista, and not present in windows's not supporting unicode, so it's really just win2k and xp, which most people use these days.
